Committee Meetings

Our meetings are an opportunity for each of us to meet, exchange ideas, and provide suggestions where appropriate. As we have all heard the harvest is bountiful but the workers are few, please consider attending one of our meetings.

Please see the calendar for up-to-date meeting locations and times.

We alternate between these locations:

1. On the second Wednesday at the Knights of Columbus Council #4709 on 3809 Yucca (by intersection of Beach, Belknap and Yucca). We begin at 7:30 PM and will usually conclude at 9 PM. A time is permitted for open forum, to ask questions and to possibly suggest some helpful approach, idea or programming.
2. OR alternate with St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church at 861 Wildwood Lane, Grapevine, Texas 76051 We always begin at 2:30 PM and will usually conclude at 4:00 PM. A time is permitted for open forum, to ask questions and to possibly suggest some helpful approach, idea or programming.
3. OR alternate with KC #759 Hall at 1907 Whitley (Keller, TX) next to St Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Keller, TX (Call or email Steve Zerbe as listed above). We begin at 7:30 PM and will usually conclude at 9:00 PM. A time is permitted for open forum, to ask questions and to possibly suggest some helpful approach, idea or programming.

Subcommittee Meetings

We also encourage Scouters to participate at the subcommittee level. Much of the work on important initiatives is done at this level and more assistance is always desirable. If you are interested in helping out either contact one of the officers listed above or come to a general meeting to get a better idea of what sort of projects are ongoing.
